Deborah Winslow Nutter is the Senior Associate Dean and a Professor of Practice of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University. She is also the founding director of GMAP. As Senior Associate Dean, she is responsible for Fletcher’s Board of Overseers and regional advisory groups for Asia, Latin America, Europe, South Asia and Africa; GMAP; The Tavitian Scholars Diplomatic Training Program, the Fletcher Summer Institute on Non-Violent Conflict, communications and public relations; several strategic initiatives; and diplomatic and executive education. She received her AB in Government, Phi Beta Kappa with Distinction, from Colby College, and her PhD in Political Science from Columbia University.

As Capstone Coordinator, Irina is responsible for assisting GMAP students throughout the capstone preparation process. Irina works closely with each student as they define a topic, choose an advisor, and assists them through the proposal draft stage to final completion of the capstone project.
As Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing, Laura is responsible for recruitment and admissions for GMAP, as well as the annual marketing plan. Laura received her Ed.M. from UCLA and her B.A. in Communication Studies from Northeastern University.
As Student Services Coordinator, Trevor Masse works with the Associate Director to plan residencies and coordinate academic materials.
Luis is responsible for filming and editing video lectures, curating GMAP's online learning management system, and providing technical support to the students, staff, and faculty of GMAP.
As Associate Director, Kate Taylor is responsible for academic programs. She plans and oversees the residencies and counsels students on academic issues and concerns. She also coordinates with GMAP faculty on syllabi, materials and deadlines.
As the Marketing and Admissions Coordinator, Sam works closely with current students and alumni to promote the program and offers guidance to applicants throughout the admissions process. Sam received his B.A in IR from the University of Nottingham in 2018 and joined the GMAP team that same year.
