Megan Zella Rounseville is a PhD student at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University studying Development Economics and Impact Evaluation. She also works as for the World Bank designing and implementing impact evaluations in Latin America. Her research applies econometrics to the study of poverty and inequality, child nutrition, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, access to justice, aspirations, agency, and behavioral economics. Prior to joining the World Bank and studying at The Fletcher School she served in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
