Before attending Fletcher, Jonathan served as a pilot and military intelligence officer in the US Army. He completed three deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations NEW DAWN and ENDURING FREEDOM, and also spent considerable time flying in South Korea. Jonathan is specifically interested in the intersection of business strategy and finance, and is currently a business development intern with Textron Systems. When not conducting research on the international expansion of the craft beer industry, Jonathan enjoys watching the Red Sox, spends time hanging out with his wife and son, and enjoys exploring the breweries of New England.
Ayla is second year Master of Law and Diplomacy candidate focusing on international business.
Annin is a second year MIB student studying International Business Strategy, International Law and Sustainable Development. She is originally from San Francisco and prior to Fletcher Annin worked for Old Navy Merchandising for six years. Fletcher has taught her the value in interdisciplinary thinking and after graduation she hope to link her interest in Business Strategy, Sustainable Development and the Apparel Industry. One of her summer internships, based in Hong Kong, helped her learn about the apparel supply chain and how companies can work to further their impact while furthering their business. Her other summer internship focused on business development for a jewelry start-up named Soko - a company that has created an innovative tech-based supply chain platform.
