The Fletcher School offers several degree programs:
- Two-year resident Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD), our traditional core program and the first US graduate program in international relations started in 1933
- Two-year resident Master of International Business (MIB), a unique hybrid of international business and international relations
- One-year resident Master of Arts (MA) for mid-career professionals
- One-year resident Masters of Laws in International Law (LLM)
- One-year combined residency sessions and Internet-mediated collaboration, Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP) for mid-career professionals
- One-year resident Master of Arts in Humanitarian Assistance (MAHA) for mid-career professionals
