    Join Ginn Library for a book talk with Professor Chris Miller on his latest book "Putinomics: Power and Money in Resurgent Russia." Chris Miller is Assistant Professor of International History at The Fletcher School. His research examines Russian history, political economy and foreign policy. In his latest book, Miller examines the making of Russian economic policy since Vladimir Putin took power in 1999.
