  1. IGL Student Group Speaker Series on Migration: Lessons Learned from Za'atari Refugee Camp in Jordan

    The Institute for Global Leadership invites you to attend the first IGL Student Group Speaker Series. The inaugural series will focus on Migration, featuring researchers, practitioners and community leaders. Each IGL group invited a speaker that links its group mission with the theme. Join Tufts' New Initiative for Middle East Peace to hear former Tufts student Mike Niconchuk speak about his three years working as an Emergency Response Coordinator at the Za'atari Refugee Camp in Jordan. While there, he led various projects on violence reduction, youth leadership and alternative education.

  2. Meet & Greet Coffee Hour with the Tavitian Scholars

    2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

    Fletcher is hosting the 17th class of Armenian scholars in collaboration with the Tavitian Foundation. Come meet the group of Armenian mid-career professionals who are spending six-months on the Fletcher campus as part of a diplomatic training program.

  3. A Discussion on Turkey and the Kurds

    6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

    Join us for a conversation about the current state of affairs surrounding Turkey and the Kurds. Light refreshments will be provided. Co-sponsored by CSS.

  4. A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant and A Prayer

    6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

    Join Fletcher Global Women and the Institute for Human Security as we rise up for women! Students will perform "A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant and a Prayer; Writings to End Violence Against Women & Girls."
