As emerging markets have boomed, and in some cases swooned, business leaders are increasingly looking to those with geopolitical acumen to shape crucial decisions. Political risk encompasses a wide range of subjects, from international law to political science to regional studies. But what does it actually mean to practice political risk? Join Fletcher School professors and political risk practitioners on November 10th and acquire the foundations you need to analyze risk in a complicated globalized world. Additionally, the Master Class will be the formal kick-off of the 1st Annual Fletcher Political Risk Case Competition. Use the framework taught in the Master Class to analyze and report on a contemporary geopolitical issue in business. Teams will present their reports at the Fletcher Political Risk Conference on March 2nd to a panel of political risk industry leaders and academics. Breakfast and Lunch provided
