Please join Professor Thomas Cavanna, a Visiting Assistant Professor of Strategic Studies at Fletcher, and Airokhsh Faiz Qaisary, MALD '18, for a multi-dimensional discussion on the current gender and security environment in Afghanistan and where they intersect. The discussion will also touch on the history of women's roles in Afghan society as well as the history of the US-led coalition's strategy after 9/11.
