Fletcher Africana Conversation Series
Wednesday April 26, 2017
5:45 PM – 8:00 PM
160 Packard Avenue
In this session, panelists will showcase their experiences with managing various humanitarian crises. On a continent where millions of livelihoods depend on important agricultural activities and outputs, the panel seeks to identify how imminent threats such as climate change will affect food security. In addition, it seeks to identify long-lasting solutions for how stakeholders should approach emergency situations (e.g. ebola and other public health crises).
