  1. Nepal: Migration as a livelihood strategy

    The first event of the South Asian New Year series, this is a talk by Janet Kim on migration as a livelihood strategy in times of conflict, and also as a way to opt out of violence.

  2. Fink Distinguished Alumni Speakers Series: Defense Expert Robert Bell (F70)

    11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

    Robert G. Bell is CEO of National Security Counsel (NSC), a consulting firm. Mr. Bell most recently served as the Senior Civilian Representative of the Secretary of Defense in Europe and the Defense Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to NATO. He has served as NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defense Investment, and has worked on the White House National Security Council, and the Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and Armed Services. He is a graduate of The U.S. Air Force Academy and The Fletcher School.

  3. Edward R. Murrow Forum: Lester Holt

    12:00 PM – 1:15 PM

    Lester Holt, award-winning journalist and anchor of NBC Nightly News and Dateline NBC, will discuss contemporary media issues at the 12th annual Edward R. Murrow Forum on Issues in Journalism at Tufts University.

  4. Capstone Show-and-Tell

    12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

    Graduating Students, if you want to share your research findings, quirky analyses, or theoretic propositions in 3-5 minutes, join us next Wednesday, Apr 12. from 12:30-1:30PM for a Capstone Show-and-Tell co-hosted with the Library!!

  5. US Employment Visa Session

    12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

    Immigration attorneys will present this session for international students interested in working in the US beyond their Optional Practical Training (OPT). Topics will include recent immigration legislation and its impact on your employment.

  6. Professor Alnoor Ebrahim's Key Lessons in Leadership

    5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

    Presentation of key leadership lessons by Professor Alnoor Ebrahim.

  7. An Evening of Poetry

    7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
