CIERP Junior Research Fellow Rishikesh Bhandary will present on the "Emergence of a Post-South World?: Evidence from the Climate Regime." A light lunch will be served (no RSVP - first-come first-served). Rishi Bhandary is a doctoral candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, focusing on climate change and energy policy and international negotiations. His research interests include innovative sources of finance and market-based strategies for low carbon development. He also studies multilateral climate change negotiations as well as Track 2 initiatives on climate change. Hosted by CIERP's Energy, Climate, and Innovation Program Research Seminar Series
