Jelena Lukic is a Consultant for IFC CommDev (Oil, Gas and Mining Sustainable Community Development Fund) devoted to enhancing the benefits of extractive industry projects to local communities through innovative project design and knowledge support in partnership with the private sector. Prior to working with IFC, Ms. Lukic designed and managed public policy and youth programs with non-governmental organizations in Iraq and the Balkans. While in her native Serbia, Ms. Lukic served as an advisor to the Clerk of the National Assembly and worked with Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Lukic received a MALD in international business and international negotiations from The Fletcher School.
