Mr. Bragar, an American, is an international lawyer in the Netherlands, who is expert in managing the legal risks of investing in developing countries. He acts as a consultant to impact and microfinance investors and serves as General Counsel to Oikocredit International, which is one of the world’s largest impact investors (approx. $1 billion placed in 70 countries). At Oikocredit, he is a member of the Credit Committee, he supervises legal compliance and terms for loans and investments, and is responsible for managing troubled investments. Mr. Bragar is a member of the board of Oikocredit Nigeria; Maanaveya Holdings and Investments (India); Chair, Democrats Abroad Netherlands; and Love Exiles Foundation (Amsterdam, NL). He holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University; a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law Center, Washington, DC; and a BA in Linguistics from New York University.
