Thomas F. Holt, Jr. is a CEME Fellow and is Partner at K&L Gates, LLP, a firm of nearly 2,000 lawyers practicing in 36 offices located on three continents. He has acted as counsel for numerous domestic and multinational corporations and governments in a wide variety of matters involving business disputes, the protection of intellectual property, and environmental litigation. Within CEME’s Sovereign Wealth Fund Initiative (SWFI), Mr. Holt is responsible for helping shape the legal and policy discussion about the future of sovereign wealth funds as they emerge an increasingly important source of cross-border capital and continue to grow in importance as financing sources for national deficits and emerging market countries. Mr. Holt serves on The Fletcher School's Board of Overseers and its Master of Laws (LL.M.) Advisory Council.
