To apply for a room at Blakeley Hall, you must complete the Blakeley Housing Contract and Questionnaire (NOTE: please do not submit a Blakeley application until you have confirmed your enrollment at The Fletcher School) and send them to us by May 1, 2014. After May 1st, we will conduct a random housing lottery, and will notify you by the end of May as to the status of your application to live at Blakeley. If you are offered a spot, you will have three weeks to confirm by submitting a $400 room deposit. (Deposit checks should be drawn from U.S. banks and made out to: “Trustees of Tufts College.” If you prefer to wire the $400, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.) You may either email the forms to us as attachments, or mail to:
The Fletcher School
160 Packard Avenue
Medford, MA 02155
If you are offered a spot and you send the $400 deposit (three weeks following notification of your status at Blakeley), your spot will then be confirmed.
Please note that priority for living in Blakeley Hall is given to those in our degree-seeking programs. We have a very small number of rooms allocated for exchange students. Others affiliated with The Fletcher School, including visiting fellows, cannot normally reside in the dorm unless space becomes available at the last minute. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every individual who applies for a room in Blakeley.
