The application process for Fall 2017 is closed.
To apply for a room at Blakeley Hall for Spring 2018, you must complete the Blakeley Housing Contract and Questionnaire and send them to us by December 1, 2017. (NOTE: please do not submit this application until you have confirmed your enrollment at The Fletcher School.)
We strongly prefer that you email the application to us as one four-page PDF. If you cannot do so, you can mail in your application to:

After December 1, we will conduct a housing lottery drawing, and will notify you by December 3 as to the status of your application to live at Blakeley. If you are offered a spot, you will have until December 10 to confirm your place in Blakeley by submitting a $400 room deposit (the deadline to withdraw without forfeiting your deposit is December 15). Please note we can only accept a check or wire transfer. Checks should be drawn on a U.S. bank and made out to “Trustees of Tufts College.” If you prefer to wire the $400, please follow the instructions in this PDF.
Please note that, with the exception of one-semester exchange students, residents normally commit to living in Blakeley Hall for the entire academic year. Additionally, priority for living in Blakeley Hall is given to those in our degree-seeking programs. We have a very small number of rooms allocated for exchange students. Others affiliated with The Fletcher School, including visiting fellows, cannot normally reside in the dorm unless space becomes available at the last minute. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every individual who applies for a room in Blakeley.
