- What does the cost of Reunion cover?
- All inclusive weekend: $229 until March 26, $254 March 27-May 6
Programming & Reception Option: $15
Tufts Night at the Pops: reserved seating in Balcony 1 with fellow Fletcher alumni.
Friday: $75 until March 26th, $100 until registration close
Alumni Welcome Social: light refreshments, one drink ticket
Clambake: 1 hour open bar, full New England-style clambake, 2 drink tickets during dinner
Saturday: $100 *additional options available, see below
Full Day: Includes all programming, breakfast, lunch, social hour (open bar, heavy hors d'ouevres)and all day hospitality lounge
Includes all programming, social reception (open bar, heavy hors d'oeuvres)
Programming Only Option: No Charge
Includes all programming, no meals or social reception
Class Dinner: this is a separate cost from Saturday's activities and additional information, including location and final cost, will be shared with each class as plans are finalized. The average dinner is between $30-$50 and traditionally includes either wine or a cash bar option.
Includes a grab and go breakfast and a one hour trolley tour of Boston
- Where can I stay?
We have worked closely with local hotels to negotiate special rates for Fletcher alumni. You'll find rates, special codes and all the contact information you need to make your reservation over on our accommodations page. Remember that May is a busy time of year in Boston, so alumni are encouraged to book their hotel rooms early.

On a weekly basis our Who's Attending page will be updated. Check back frequently to see who has registered to attend!
- Are kids welcome at reunion?
In an effort to make reunion more family friendly, we are actively looking for ways to enhance our programming to better accommodate families that may want to travel to Boston!
Currently, children are welcome to join us at the clambake on Friday evening and on a class by class basis during the class dinner Saturday night.
Tufts University recommends Boston based Parents in a Pinch for child care needs. Please visit their website to review their services and arrange a babysitter if need be.

Free visitor parking will be available on campus during Reunion Weekend, either in the Fletcher parking lot (located on Curtis Street) or Tufts Dowling Hall Garage (located on Boston Avenue). Please use the Tufts garage for overnight parking (i.e. if staying in the dorms).
- I need to cancel, how can I get a refund?
We're sorry that you're unable to make it! Cancellation requests for a full refund must be received by Tuesday, May 6th. Requests made after May 6th may not be eligible for a full refund.
