The China Daily newspaper featured an article on Chris Alden, F87, F93, who is a global expert on Chinese investment in Africa and the author of the book China in Africa: Partner, Competitor or Hegemon? Alden is now a lecturer of international relations at the London School of Economics and the director of the school’s IDEAS Africa Programme.
