2008-09 Student Profiles

Rikke Nielsen, LLM 2009, Denmark

On the flexibility of the curriculum: The breadth requirement for the LLM degree allows you to benefit from the whole range of amazing courses offered at Fletcher. At the same time, the law courses also touch upon numerous aspects of the other disciplines, which makes it possible to gain a broader understanding of how the law functions in society. This multi-disciplinary approach, combined with the quality of the faculty and the broad range of experience of your fellow students, is one of the great attributes of the School.

Fletcher’s alumni community: The availability of Fletcher alumni is truly impressive; they are not only willing to share their professional experiences and advice with you, but also to provide guidance on a more personal basis as regards the work/life balance, which is of great importance when you are choosing an international career.
